- Lose 10 lbs a month
- Fast 14 days out of each month
- Exercise 3 times a week (at least 30 min)
- Drink 64 oz of water each day
- Track and log all food in myfitnesspal

- Attend all classes (allowed to miss 2 days of each class and only due to sickness)
- Study at least 2 hours a day
- Practice at least 1 hour a day
- Make a chore chart and stick to it
- Check it every night
- Keep room clean and orderly
- Blog at least 4 times a week
- Can be same day blogs
- Make sure to add thinspo once a week
Well there you have it, my resolutions... I may add more or change stuff, but these are my main concerns that I need to work on.
