Hey everyone!
So today I am down .8 so far... Which to me is unacceptable. I don't understand why I am having so much trouble losing weight again. I think I fucked up my metabolism the last time I starved myself, before I put on all this weight... Anyway, here is my plan for today...
Cals: 0
Walk: 3.6 miles
Crunches: 300
Water: as much as possible but at least 8 glasses (64oz)
Hopefully the weather doesn't turn really crappy that way I can at least walk in the sun and sweat more.
