Ugh.... This weather is crazy... Been somewhat decent and in the 50s all week... And now.... Snow. It is so cold. It makes me cranky, cold, and a bit on the snappy side. One of the benefits however, is the shivers. Burning extra calories is always a plus. I just prefer to be warm I guess.
Anyways, school has been pretty great so far, all my teachers are friendly and a bit on the wild, crazy side, which I love. Today in class I downloaded some new exercise apps. One of the great ones I downloaded wa the couch to 5k app. I am super excited to use it once the weather clears up and I can run outside.
I haven't lost any weight this week due to no exercising. I have eaten extremely well this week though. Almost all vegan except for one snickers ice cream bar. Staying below 1200 calories. And hoping to drop down to 1000 next month.

There's a difference between thin and healthy. Sometimes they go hand in hand but most times not. "Stay strong and don't eat"??? Anorexia is the unhealthiest way to go about weight loss. Please, seek professional help from a dietician and possibly a therapist. Those girls you are admiring are sick and most likely unrealistically photoshopped. I sincerely hope you find a healthy way to lose the weight, but please, do it healthily. It breaks me heart that you find beauty in something as disgraceful as overly skinny. Good luck.
